Government-provided medical care in Egypt, Jordan, Morocco and other countries is very poor. Private care in those countries is very expensive. 

It is prudent that you purchase comprehensive medical insurance from a provider that provides coverage for international travel or purchase an international protection plan as a standalone product before coming to any immersion. We recommend StudentGuard, used by many FL schools.  If you are taking medication regularly, or indeed if you take specific vitamins/supplements, please bring a sufficient supply.
