1.Can I use my Ipad for the distant learning?

Yes you can. Our site is designed to work off PC and Mobile devices. 

2.When will I know my level and class?

After you go through our initial evaluation, be it online or in class, the results of your placement test are available immediately and so you will be aware of your level in time for the start of your classes. If, once in your class, you have any difficulties please talk to your teacher or one of the educational managers. Our friendly and experienced education manager along with four educational coordinators, are there to help you settle into your learning. 

3.Do you take public holidays?

Yes, of course. However, if there are two or more 'lost' days during a course we make them up.

4.Are the apartments equipped?

Yes, they are equipped. They will be furnished, including kitchenware and bedding. Apartments come with a phone, television, washing machine and air-conditioning. There may also be an internet connection and satellite TV.

5.Do I need visa?

Yes. Most nationalities are granted a tourist visa upon arrival in Egypt, Jordan or Morocco. In the airport, before going through immigration buy an entry visa at one of the bank kiosks. Alternatively, you may be able to apply for a visa in your own country, at your local embassy.

6.Where will I stay?

We can book you into a hotel if you wish. We do not recommend that you find a cheap hotel by yourself. Please let us help you. You can also chose to stay in any of our apartments and you can select that option as you book your classes.
